Why Hoshi ?
History
After working on transformation projects at Accenture for almost two and a half years, then as a headhunter for over four years at Michael Page, Romain decided to set up a recruitment consultancy offering a dual value proposition: HR Consulting & Executive Search. His experience as an external lecturer at the Universities of Paris I and Paris IX also enabled him to create an offering dedicated to the training of talent acquistion teams.
Hoshi now supports both start-ups and major groups in three main areas: HR transformation, IT profile hunting and talent acquisition team training.
