Executive Search

This offer aims to support recruitment departments in approaching the most relevant "Managers and +" profiles on the market.
The goal is to bring on board the most appropriate experienced IT profiles according to your issues so that your company performs well.

Whether it is a replacement or a new position, we carry out a tailor-made evaluation of the profiles to ensure that they meet your criteria on all levels: management, business development, hard skills, etc.

We also check that the profiles correspond to your corporate culture in terms of soft skills.

Training

It is a coaching dedicated to operational recruitment teams.
The aim is to enable them to source efficiently in order to select the best IT profiles and also to pitch the offers they have to fill.

The two other objectives of this offer are on the one hand to enable these same teams to organize the monitoring of their activity in the best possible way, and on the other hand to teach them how to provide managers with the right data in the clearest way possible in terms of soft skills.
